So i've done some research and found out why tragus piercings don't hurt as much as expected. It is because there are very few nerve endings in this location and most of what we felt after the piercing was the pressure needed to pierce the tragus. And wonder why we were pierced lying down? The tragus is a thick cartilege and needs a little more than the usual pressure.
Though you don't see tragus piercings everyday, there are still people who prefer to have 2-3 tragus piercings. And i still can't imagine myself getting a ring, and two beads on my tragus! o.O Maybe its because my tragus looks too small to have multiple piercings. But is it safe to have multiple piercings? My piercer says yes, if done properly. The last line is meant for safety. If you plan to get multiple piercings on your tragus, make sure that you get the best piercer out there and previous piercings have already healed. Just another precaution for my curiosity ;)
