  I got very nice used gold navel ring, how should I disinfect and clean it? Should I use only alchohol, or need to use some other liquids?
  Looking forwad for your answers.

  Disinfect your hands first by using lukewarm water and antibacterial liquid. Then soak a paper towel in lukewarm water and gently clean any dirt or grime on the navel ring. Then spray additive-free, sterile saline solution to a fresh clean paper towel and put it over the piercing or ring and leave it in that position for 10 minutes. That will sterilize the ring. Pour warm water on another clean paper towel and wipe off the salty residue on the ring and dry it properly.

  Use liquid soap with warm water to disinfect your hand. Get your navel ring and use a cleaning spray to remove any dirt from gold ring. Continue this cleaning till you satisfied that there is no dirt or germ in your navel ring.

  A gold navel ring? Wow id also love to have one of those for my belly button :) As well as for all of my other piercings :)

  Then i think you should save more of your allowance money this coming school year Caroline if you want to have gold for all of your piercings. :)

  Wash first with a liquid antibacterial soap. Get all of the crustys off. After that get some sea salt (mix 1/4 teaspoon in a cup of warm water adding more sea salt won't help). Take a cotton ball and soak it for a few minutes. The longer the better. Keep it up until the piercing heals.

  Thanks Albert, I really don't know how to disinfect the navel rings. It makes clear about the matter.

  I've actually started collecting gold piercings since last year and so far i have two gold studs for my ears and looking forward to buy a gold ring for my belly button :)
