  I know that microdermal piercing is more permanent than other piercings. But most of my friends dont agree with this. They said that there are some piercings available , which are more permanent then it. Is it right?

  Actually if you want a more permanent one, you shouldn't look at piercings and look at implants.

  Implants are permanent but they can take longer to heal. Aside from that, there is also a risk of rejection if wrong materials are used.
