  I only know that piercing inside nasal septum is called as septum piercing. But I really dont know how to get it? I mean what is the step by step process to get it, and how hurtful it is?

  Yes, septum piercing is hurtful and it also takes time in healing.

  Septum is an odd one to do yourself.. I would just have it done professionaly. Me, I'm a touch weird and enjoy the pain of having them done, yet I have a hard time doing them myself. I'm either afraid of getting it crooked, but the biggest thing is that initial stinging sensation. You have to have it high enough as well, and not too far back lest you risk hitting cartaladge.
