But, with the improvement of medical science, today it has become easier to cure it whereas it was a dangerous fact in the past. Therefore, you need not be afraid about that, rather, you need to be careful about the whole process to complete. About this problem, the sufferer usually suffer severe headaches, nausea, fever, and/or vomiting- and it happens after around one month from the day of piercing. So, you should think properly about tongue piercing before you do it.
Wow that's actually a bit scary. So that means tongue piercings are one of the riskiest piercings? OR are there any other piercings we should be aware of?
dear Caroline, Tongue pircing is very probably the most dangerous and risky one among all of the forms of body piercing. while the next one is probably lip piercing. the reason behind it is both of the parts are very sensitve parts of our body- they are they places where bacteria can easily spread. if you are thinking of piercing in thses spots, be sure to go to a hygenic shop as well as be sure about the quality of the performer. and do not touch your wound with bear hands untill it is completely healed. besides, keep the place clean all the time. these are some general ideas about those sensitive piercings. last, but not the least, you have to be careful before any sort of piercing (about several issues) in order to avoid any future suffering.
