I have nostril piercing and earlobe piercing, but I do not like to use jewelries throughout the year- I like to use them occasionally. But I know that the piercings may be closed, how can I prevent them from being closed?

Piercings get closed if anyone does not use any jewelry in their piercing and keep their piercings empty. You must use piercing in order to prevent them from being closed and should not keep them empty for a long time. A good solution for you, maybe, is to use clear plastic jewelries that will not be easily addressed by people.
