I know only for some women lol
they may say yes, but that does not mean they are aroused all the time. Over time they will adjust, so that they will provide the most sensation when you need them to. So there is no risk of doing daily activities, if not sure wear a sports bra. You should also avoid and erotic activity with them for the first two weeks, even if it appears healed. The risk of germs and bacteria while interacting with them in any way is still great during that time.
