I'm really want sternum piercered. What is the difference between those three piercings and which of the three piercings is the fastest? least painful? and least traumatic to the body?

The 3 piercings that you are asking about are basically the same , its called microdermal anchoring. the names you are asking about are just the terms that are used to refer to the piercing.

There are 2 basic ways you can get your sternum pierced; there is microdermal anchoring and the sternum piercing ( its a surface piercing).

The microdermal anchoring uses a microdermal punch to create the hole for the anchor to be inserted into.

The fastest, least painful, and the least traumatic to the body would be the surface piercing. It takes just a few seconds to do, and like any other surface piercing its pretty low traumatic to the body.
